Because these items are delivered instantly to your email or web browser upon checkout, they cannot be physically returned, exchanged, or retracted once downloaded. Therefore, we generally **do not offer refunds** for plans that have already been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions We Happily Refund

We want to be completely fair to our builders. We will issue a full refund or exchange under the following specific circumstances:

• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same woodworking blueprint twice in separate transactions, contact us within 14 days, and we will refund the duplicate payment in full.
• File Delivery Issues: If you do not receive the download link or the PDF file is corrupted/unreadable, we will email you the files directly or issue a full refund if we cannot deliver them.
